Lost Items

How Soon Can I get my Order?

Most orders ship within a few days, but please allow up to 1 week processing time for packaging and fulfillment. Once shipped, arrival time is dependent on your shipping selection. Please contact me immediately via the contact form if you need your order by a specific date- please note that I may not be able to guarantee arrival date, or may charge extra for expedited shipping.

The fastest way to get your order will almost always be an event pickup if that is available to you.

US Domestic Shipping:

Standard US orders ship USPS First Class with a 1-5 day transit time.

Express US orders ship USPS Priority Mail with a 1-3 day transit time. Orders of $100 or more automatically receive Express shipping.

International Shipping:

At this point in time, the Spoonwood Shop does not ship outside of the continuous 48 US states. If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Please get in contact with me to arrange overseas shipping. International shipments may be subject to extra fees, taxes, and order minimums.

Event Pickup:

I offer event pickup at conventions and events across the country. If you select this option at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with the pickup event listed. Pickup can only be arranged for select events present on my upcoming events calendar. Please come to my booth or table at the event and present your confirmation email to receive your order.


Damages and Issues

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item was damaged in transit, please take photos of each damaged item and the exterior packaging, and email them to me via the contact form; I will need these in order to file an insurance claim and replace or refund your order.

Return Policy

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or for answers to your return questions, please fill out the contact form.

If your return is accepted, you will need to purchase a new shipping label and return the items in the original packaging to ensure there is no damage to the item(s) in transit. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that both returns and refunds are subject to approval on a case by case basis.

Refunds

You will receive email update about the approval status of your refund once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact me.

Please note that both returns and refunds are subject to approval on a case by case basis.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, discontinued items, B-grade items, mystery bundles, commissions and freebies are all non-eligible for returns.


If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please contact me.
I’ll be able to tell you if the item has shipped, check the tracking status, and replace the order if necessary.
